Barfii is an upcoming Indian romantic comedy film directed by Anurag Basu. The film stars Ranbir Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra and Ileana D'Cruz in lead roles.

It is expected to be released on September 14, 2012. Ranbir Kapoor reportedly plays the role of a deaf-mute person. Priyanka Chopra will play the role of a mentally challenged girl, for which she attended a mental asylum to get into the skin of her character. In addition, Tollywood actress Ileana D'Cruz will play the role of the narrator.

SYNOPSIS
